National Wealth Management Brand Establishes Andover Hub
BEVERLY, Mass. (August 18, 2026) – Pressed Cafe just opened at 900 Cummings Center in Beverly, adding a popular fast-casual concept to the culinary offerings at the North Shore’s largest office and research park.
Co-founded by Roi and Miri Shpindler in 2014, Pressed Cafe offers an extensive all-day menu of freshly prepared food and drink. The Beverly restaurant is the 12th Pressed Cafe location for the fast-growing chain, which plans to open two additional restaurants this year.
Pressed Beverly encompasses more than 10,000 square feet and features indoor and patio seating for nearly 150, as well as takeout, delivery, and catering. It is open seven days a week from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. A basement speakeasy-style bar is also slated to open in the coming weeks.
“It is so rewarding to become part of a tight-knit community,” said Miri Shpindler. “When we bring Pressed Cafe to a new town, we bring a bit of that town into Pressed Cafe. I won’t give away the surprise, but there are a couple of nods to Shoebert in this location that we really loved incorporating.”
Shoebert became a celebrity in 2022 after the gray seal took up residence in Cummings Center’s Shoe Pond and later famously waddled across campus to the Beverly Police Station.
Cummings Properties SVP Steve Drohosky worked directly with the Shpindlers on the lease.
“With several hundred resident firms and thousands of visitors each day, Cummings Center is a high-traffic site with a strong reputation for diverse dining options,” said Drohosky. “The added variety and convenience that Pressed Cafe brings to our campus is sure to benefit the entire city of Beverly. We are thrilled that Pressed chose to build its terrific brand here with us.”
Pressed Cafe joins a robust restaurant cluster at Cummings Center that includes Early Harvest Diner, Regina Pizzeria, Soall Café, The Grass Market by Grassy Roots, The Whoo(pie) Wagon, and Tony’s 2 Go convenience market.
Pressed Cafe is located at 900 Cummings Center, Suite 100-U. The restaurant offers an extensive fast-casual menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired fare and fresh local ingredients. For more information and a full menu, visit www.pressedcafe.com.
Cummings Properties’ Beverly portfolio includes Cummings Center and Dunham Ridge, a 54-acre business, science, and technology center abutting Route 128 and adjacent to North Shore Music Theatre. Together, the two campuses are home to more than 600 businesses, including more than 100 healthcare practices, as well as corporate headquarters, software and engineering firms, research laboratories, and micro-businesses.
