Investment management firm leases 6,700 SF at Dunham Ridge
BEVERLY, Mass. (October 1, 2025) – After more than four decades in downtown Salem, Cabot Wealth Management Inc. has moved its headquarters to a custom-designed corner suite at Beverly’s Dunham Ridge business and innovation campus.
Located at 48 Dunham Ridge, the newly built space spans 6,700 square feet and features multiple conference rooms, private offices, and open collaborative areas designed to support both client meetings and team operations.
Cabot Wealth Management Inc. was founded in 1983 by Rob Lutts and is currently owned by a team of managing partners who have all spent most of their careers at the firm. The company provides holistic financial planning and investment management services customized to the individuals and families it serves.
Cummings Properties’ in-house design and construction professionals collaborated closely with Cabot’s leadership to deliver a turnkey, tailored workspace.
“Our in-house design and construction expertise allowed us to refine the floor plan to realize Cabot’s vision and deliver the space ahead of schedule,” said Aitchison.
According to Aitchison, Cabot’s relocation to Dunham Ridge was a strategic one.
“The move positions the company in a growing Beverly business hub while providing its team with a modern, efficient workspace designed to support future growth,” said Aitchison.
48 Dunham Ridge features modern, energy-efficient construction and design as well as an adjacent 450-car parking garage. Fronting Route 128 just opposite North Shore Crossing, the campus also houses numerous on-site amenities, including a fitness room, convenience mart, daycare provider, and ample walking paths and green spaces.
