Bonus

For each successful referral with a minimum Net Revenue Gain of $5,000,* the referring colleague will be paid an all-cash bonus according to this schedule:

less than 1,000 SF … up to $1,500
1,000 – 2,499 SF … up to $3,000
2,500 – 4,999 SF … up to $7,500
5,000+ SF … up to $15,000
