Fire Alarm Technician

Experienced fire alarm technicians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Wire and install and troubleshoot devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
  • Program devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
  • Snow removal

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • Residency in the greater Woburn area
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Electrical license is not required, but desirable

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three to five years working on commercial addressable fire alarm systems
  • Customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
  • Good driving record

The hourly rate range is $35 - $45 based on experience.
