Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Primary responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across office, retail, and lab spaces
  • Troubleshoot, service, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems such as water-source heat pumps, DX cooling, cooling towers, gas-fired hydronic systems, makeup air units, lab exhaust systems, and variable-frequency drives

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • An excellent customer service attitude
  • Refrigeration technician license is desirable, but not required

Required qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Minimum of five years of experience in servicing HVAC equipment
  • Knowledge of ductwork design, sizing, and fundamentals

The rate range is $35 - $45/hour based on experience.
