Working in all typical New England weather conditions
The preferred candidate will possess:
Self-starter determination and willingness to take initiative
Professional demeanor and attitude
Team-oriented mindset and skills
Resourcefulness and adaptability
Rigging skills and/or equipment repairs are a plus
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 4-6 years of full-time experience working in the field as a welder on structural steel in the construction industry
Ability to follow directions and interpret drawings and plans

The hourly rate range is $35 - $40, based on experience.
