Custodian

Primary responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways and restrooms
  • Basic building maintenance and repairs, such as light painting and changing light bulbs
  • Basic landscape maintenance of outside areas, as needed

Required qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependability
  • Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English and a sound understanding of written English

The hourly rate range is $21 - $25, based on experience.
