Part-Time Water Truck Driver

This part-time (6:00 AM -12:00 PM Monday-Friday) opportunity offers secure, year-round employment at one of the country’s most stable commercial real estate firms. Cummings Properties is seeking a motivated professional with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) to operate the Company water truck. As a part-time water truck driver, you will help maintain the green spaces at business campuses throughout our greater Woburn portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operation of Company water truck at and between commercial office parks
  • Spray irrigate of landscape beds
  • General maintenance of water truck
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Class B CDL with tanker endorsement
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission (no automatic restriction)
  • Good driving record with minimum 2 years CDL experience
  • Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Hoisting license preferred
