Diesel Mechanic

  • Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic, air, and electrical systems in a small fleet of medium-duty trucks
  • Maintenance and repair of tires, brakes, transmissions, and diesel and gasoline engines
  • Shop management tasks (maintenance scheduling, spare parts inventory control, etc.)
  • Some welding and fabrication
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Familiarity with medium/light duty trucks and machinery (loaders, skid steers, backhoes, snow equipment)
  • Driver’s license (required), CDL Class B (preferred)
  • Minimum five years’ experience preferred
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Self-motivated, efficient work habits
  • Applicant must have own tools
