Administrative Assistant

Cummings Properties has an immediate opportunity for a bright, polished administrative professional to join our office. The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and professional presence with an interest in being a part of a dynamic administrative team.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a busy corporate office setting
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects independently
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities include:

  • Database entry and maintenance
  • Filing, telephone and email follow-up
  • Report administration and production
  • Process coordination and quality control
  • Typing and processing of commercial leases
  • Front desk reception support
