Account Manager

In this role at Cummings  Properties’ 2+ million square foot Cummings Center campus in Beverly, you will oversee the Company’s relationships with diverse client businesses.  As a strategic partner and trusted advisor to key real estate decision makers, you will ensure client satisfaction and develop successful long-term leasing relationships in a very fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identify and pursue growth, renewal, and referral opportunties.
  • Identify and connect with business leaders to build and maintain valued relationships.
  • Drive collaboration among internal departments providing maintenance, design, construction, legal, and other services to optimize clients’ experience.
  • Use expert knowledge of the Company’s real estate offerings, policies, and procedures to solve problems and build credibility.
  • Track important metrics, including lease dates, revenue, receivables, insurance, and project management deadlines.
  • Review lease history; draft and negotiate leases; deliver top-notch service; facilitate tenant improvements; provide quality control for maintenance issues.

 

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • At least five years of success in a sales/account management role.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Undergraduate college degree.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Drive, work ethic, emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, motivation, and persistence.
