Cummings Properties, a well-respected and financially stable commercial real estate firm, is growing its team. As a member of our leasing and operations department, you will help develop and manage the company's relationships with existing commercial clients at our two-million square foot Cummings Center campus in Beverly, Massachusetts. You will use your skills to deliver top-notch service through diligent follow-up and attention to detail; draft, negotiate, administer, and renew leases; facilitate tenant improvements; and develop valuable business relationships. You will also focus on prospecting for new business and referral opportunities to close new leasing transactions.
