Fire Alarm Technician

Experienced fire alarm technicians are encouraged to apply to Cummings Properties for this full-time opportunity, which has a schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Wire and install and troubleshoot devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
  • Program devices related to all types of addressable fire alarm systems and panels
  • Snow removal

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three to five years working on commercial addressable fire alarm systems required
  • Residency in the greater Beverly area
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls, electrical construction and variable frequency drives preferred
  • Customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and strong troubleshooting skills are required
  • Fluency in spoken English and sound understanding of written English
  • Good driving record
  • Electrical License is not required, but desirable
