Tim is one of the primary leaders of the team that operates Cummings Properties' Beverly portfolio. He oversees all daily construction and maintenance activities within the Beverly Division, which includes the burgeoning Dunham Ridge office park and the 2 million-square-foot Cummings Center campus.

After beginning his career in the building trades as an HVAC mechanic working in and around the Boston area, Tim joined Cummings Properties in 1988. He possesses five building trades-related licenses: unrestricted construction supervisor, master electrician, journeyman electrician, HVAC technician, and master sheet-metal worker.

Tim, a Woburn native, and his wife, Amy, currently reside on the North Shore, where they enjoy outdoor sports and activities with their family.
