If you know someone with a commercial real estate need, simply share your referral's name and contact information with Cummings using this form by June 30, 2023.
If your referral signs a lease with Cummings within 12 months of this submission, your nonprofit will receive the equivalent of half of the first year’s rent as an additional donation (details).

The majority of Cummings Properties’ real estate is owned by, and operated for the sole benefit of, Cummings Foundation. Each year, the  Foundation donates tens of millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations in Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties.
As a proud recipient of a Cummings Foundation grant, [your organization] has the opportunity to earn additional contributions by making successful referrals to Cummings Properties. If a qualifying referral signs a lease with Cummings within 12 months, our organization will receive a donation equivalent to half of the first year’s rent.
