Your referral to Cummings Properties could result in another donation to your nonprofit
If you know someone with a commercial real estate need, simply share your referral's name and contact information with Cummings using this form by June 30, 2023.
If your referral signs a lease with Cummings within 12 months of this submission, your nonprofit will receive the equivalent of half of the first year’s rent as an additional donation (details).

The majority of Cummings Properties’ real estate is owned by, and operated for the sole benefit of, Cummings Foundation. Each year, the  Foundation donates tens of millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations in Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties, plus six communities in Norfolk County: Brookline, Dedham, Milton, Needham, Quincy, and Wellesley.
As a proud recipient of a Cummings Foundation grant, [your organization] has the opportunity to earn additional contributions by making successful referrals to Cummings Properties. If a qualifying referral signs a lease with Cummings within 12 months, and remains a client in good standing for one year, our organization will receive a donation equivalent to half of the first year’s rent.
If you know someone looking for office, lab, flex, medical, manufacturing, or warehouse space in the north or west suburbs of Boston, contact Eric Anderson and tell him that the referral is in honor of [your organization], or submit online. The program runs until June 30, 2024.
