Yes. The building has two passenger elevators serving the enclosed garage and five resident levels. The larger of the two cars has a second door conveniently accessing the loading corridor. This larger car facilitates moving furniture, transporting refuse, and minimizing such activity in common areas. One car is connected to the backup electrical generator to provide service during a power outage. The cars include an emergency communication system.

If a home has an interior parking space, the storage room is conveniently located next the parking space. Comcast/Xfinity will provide its newest Fiber Optic feed to the homes at Beverly Landing. Fiber will be pre-run to a distribution panel in each home. Cat 6 wire will be pre-wired from the panel to one jack in each kitchen, living area, bedroom, and den. Comcast will provide limited WiFi in the lobby area. Residents will be responsible for arranging and paying for their desired level of service and equipment.
Guests will be able to park in the plaza outside the front entrance to Beverly Landing. A video intercom at the covered entry will contact residents’ cell phones or tablets (services subject to resident payments to third party provider), and enable residents to identify and grant their guests access to the building. A fixed tablet intercom option is available for each residence.
The fully paved Shoe Ponds Walkway and fitness course starts from the sidewalk outside of Beverly Landing. This delightful tree-lined path includes a lovely pondside boardwalk and connects with the sidewalks on McKay and Balch streets, allowing walkers and runners to circumnavigate the Shoe Ponds. (The 100 Cummings Center common hallways provide various walking-loop options for inclement weather during business hours.) Beverly Middle School’s extensive playing fields are directly across the street from Beverly Landing. The Balch playground with basketball and play equipment, Beverly Golf and Tennis Club (Municipal), and Bass River Yacht Club are also within easy walking distance.

Beverly Landing is served by Beverly’s municipal public water and sewer systems, and the associated costs will be included in the condominium fees.
Beverly Landing building construction features thick concrete floor slabs supported by a steel frame. Finish flooring is further insulated by a rubber adhesive or padding. Shared resident walls and hallway walls include resilient acoustical channels, acoustical insulation, and multiple layers of gypsum wallboard. Bathroom and bedroom walls benefit from sound mitigating insulation for ultimate privacy.
In addition to on-grade parking, Beverly Landing offers, at an additional charge, spaces in an enclosed parking garage below the building and accessible to residences by stair and elevator. Exterior EV charging stations are available in the south parking area. Residents may install an EV charger for their garage space at an additional charge.
