Cummings Executive Suites offers meeting rooms that are available for hourly use. Designed to accommodate everything from one-on-one meetings to full-team presentations, the spaces range in size and capacity to fit various needs.
Each room includes high-speed WiFi, A/V capabilities, and access to additional services such as catering, administrative support, and kitchen facilities. Guests also benefit from convenient on-site amenities, including ample free parking and professional reception services at select locations.

Conference Rooms
- Small (seats 6-8): $55/hour
- Medium (seats 10): $60/hour (Woburn only)
- Large (seats 12): $65/hour
Training Room
- Seats up to 25 people at tables in Woburn and 49 in Beverly, and more with available folding chairs
- $150/two-hour session
Day Offices
- Beautifully furnished private offices available by the hour, day, or week (8 AM - 5 PM; M-F)
- $35/hour
