BEVERLY, December 2014 - With revenue growth of 150 percent over three years, it is no surprise that MassPay has outgrown its corporate headquarters at Cummings Center. The HR & Payroll software and services provider will move from its 3,000-square-foot office at 900 Cummings Center to a 7,300-square-foot suite at 500 Cummings Center in March to keep up with that growth. DECEMBER 2014 - Winchester Multicultural Network (the Network) was recently awarded a million-dollar grant through Cummings Foundation's Major Grants Program. The grant, payable over 10 years, will provide for staff and a more suitable office space, and will allow the Network to expand its programming.
Founded by Winchester resident Sandy Thompson, the 24-year-old nonprofit's mission is to promote the recognition, understanding, and appreciation of diversity; advocate for each and every person's civil rights; and confront intolerance. (More)

Sage Science has increased its footprint by more than 5,000 square feet at 500 Cummings Center in Beverly. The fast-growing company, founded in 2005, develops products for the life sciences research markets.
"We are very happy that Cummings Properties was able to find a perfect space for our ever-growing research and development needs," said Heather Ketcham, vice president of Sage Sciences' corporate operations. "Cummings' leasing and design staff made the process very easy. We love our new space."

As directed by its staff memebers, Cummings Properties in 2014 distributed $253,000 to local nonprofits, mostly in Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk counties. The donations were made in honor of the commercial real estate firm's full-time staff members, who selected all recipients. All were each invited through the Employee Directed Giving program to select a charity to receive $1,000.
