Cummings Properties is seeking a self-motivated Human Resources professional with expertise to develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the organization’s objectives. As recruiter, you will confer with management to assess staffing needs, design a recruitment system, source top talent, and assume a critical role in maintaining a fully staffed team of skilled individuals.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and implementing a recruiting system for the organization
  • Managing full-cycle recruiting and pipelining for all organizational levels
  • Creating job descriptions and employment brand content to attract new talent
  • Collaborating with internal teams during the offer process to determine salary ranges, incentives, start dates, etc.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to implement innovative recruiting strategies based on current market conditions and trends for open positions
  • Identifying and recommending qualified candidates through evaluation of candidate fit, work experience, references, and other applicable information
  • Leveraging multimedia resources (social media, resume databases, networking sites, industry relationships, university partnerships, job fairs, etc.) to drive efficient and effective recruiting methods and ultimately identify and recruit top talent
  • Carrying out job offers, administrative functions, reporting, and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to work on site (This is not a remote or hybrid position.)

Qualifications

  • Highly organized work habits
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage industry contacts and technology to attract qualified talent
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
