This exciting, fast-paced opportunity offers a diverse range of responsibilities overseeing a variety of procurement, sustainability, and property management tasks, as well as construction projects. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to:

  • Manage day-to-day procurement operations
  • Organize, administer, and monitor property maintenance activities
  • Discover and implement cost and time savings initiatives
  • Streamline and document recurring processes
  • Identify alternative products and methods
  • Effectively communicate information, both in writing and verbally
  • Motivate and supervise office and field staff members

Qualified candidates will have at least a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of commercial property maintenance and management experience. Applicants should be local area professionals with proven expertise, a desire and aptitude to learn and adapt on the job, and work ethics to match.
