About the Job:

This exciting, fast-paced opportunity offers a diverse range of commercial property management work. As a PMA, you will support team members from the purchasing, sustainability, maintenance, and accounting departments across the Company’s 11 million square foot portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating and administering purchase orders
  • Creating work orders for facility projects
  • Organizing and tracking energy, water/sewer, and trash/recycling use and charges
  • Optimizing building energy systems through energy audits and data analysis
  • Overseeing utility company energy retrofit and EV charging stations programs
  • Proofing and processing utility invoices for payment
  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Demonstrate superior accuracy and meticulous attention to details
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Desire, initiative, and an aptitude to learn and adapt
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative, resolve problems and expedite work
  • Project management skills including the ability to administer, direct, and execute
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical building operations is a plus
