Project Coordinator

Woburn

Are you a friendly go-getter who excels at shepherding complex projects to completion? Cummings is seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful self-starter to support its Woburn operations team and the thousands of leasing clients it serves.

As project coordinator, you will leverage your sound organizational skills, talent for multitasking, and adherence to deadlines to efficiently track and complete a diverse array of multi-step processes. You will draw on your excellent communication skills and professional demeanor to collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization and liaise with leasing clients at properties in 11 suburban communities north of Boston. Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry is not required.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Managing end-of-tenancy operations (e.g., processing security deposits, evaluating vacant units, directing the rehabilitation of units for leasing)
  • Working closely with account managers to support their day-to-day functions
  • Traveling between the office and our properties in and around Woburn
  • Compiling and evaluating data to advise managers
  • Drafting relevant client correspondence

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • A keen curiosity, with a desire to understand how company functions fit together
  • An appetite for training, learning, and self-improvement
  • Genuine interest in the real estate/construction industry
  • A verifiable history of personal accomplishment
  • A critical eye for staging property
  • An efficient and attentive nature

Required qualifications:

  • Residency in the greater Woburn area
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • A four-year college degree
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic
