Operations Coordinator

Cummings Properties is seeking an outgoing, quick-thinking multi-tasker to serve as Operations Coordinator at Cummings Executive Suites, a shared-workspace within the Cummings portfolio in Woburn.

As Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with a dynamic team to provide outstanding service for our clients, while assisting with the day-to-day management of two business centers, our virtual office program, and conference room offerings. You will utilize excellent communication skills and leverage sound judgment to manage internal processes, solve problems, and build professional relationships. Your positive attitude will guide you as you attend to daily tasks, including:

  • Sales outreach and new client on-boarding, including phone and IT setup
  • Crafting concise, effective communications, and drafting accurate internal documents
  • Overseeing monthly billing, accounts receivable, and insurance compliance
  • Understanding, explaining, and troubleshooting phone and internet operation
  • Taking ownership of problems and finding solutions

The preferred candidate will possess:

  • A degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant business experience. (Experience in a co-working environment is beneficial, but not required.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
