Grants Coordinator

We’re seeking an uber-organized, tech-savvy administrative whiz to support the team that administers major giving initiatives, including the Cummings $30 Million Grant Program and the Cummings Community Giving Program.


Typical responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling the administrative side of multiple major charitable giving initiatives
  • Working closely with the Accounting Department to generate payments
  • Assisting applicants in accessing our online grants management system
  • Organizing special events and meetings
  • Compiling data and producing reports
  • Coordinating special projects
  • Data entry


  • Initial vaccination series for COVID-19
  • Residency within easy commuting distance to Woburn
  • At least three years of relevant professional work experience
  • Ability to work on site (This is not a remote or hybrid position.)


  • Impeccable organizational skills: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with swiftness, accuracy, and an air of calm.
  • Strong administrative skills: You are a doer by nature and genuinely enjoy tackling the myriad tasks necessary to produce excellent results.
  • Tech proficiency: You are highly proficient with Microsoft Office (including mail merges) and Google Suite, and are able to quickly learn new technologies. Familiarity with Constant Contact is a plus.
  • Solid interpersonal skills: You are comfortable interacting with a variety of people, from colleagues and vendors to high-level volunteers.
