Architectural Designer

If you enjoy solving design challenges and the satisfaction of bringing a project to completion, consider joining our 20-person Design team. The position offers a great opportunity to contribute to all aspects of design and construction: in addition to architecture, our team includes permitting and entitlement, graphics, sustainability, site engineering, structural, and MEP disciplines. Working closely with our Leasing, Operations, and Construction departments, we also develop feasibility studies, cost estimates, and marketing support. We handle a broad range of projects including lab, medical, food service, retail, fitness, flex, and office clients.

Responsibilities:

Planning, design development, construction documents, project coordination, rendering, field verification, and outline specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
  • 3 to 5 years of practical architectural design
  • Valid driver’s license

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • High attention to detail and an ability to generate cost-effective design solutions.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude and strong written and graphic communication skills.

Our team of designers, architects, and engineers produces a large volume of diverse projects, including new building, fit-up, and speculative property development plans.
