Cummings Properties is seeking a bright, polished professional to engage new client prospects and grow the company’s relationships with existing commercial leasing clients.
As a member of our Beverly or Woburn-based leasing and operations team, you will use your skills to deliver top-notch service; draft, negotiate, administer, and renew leases; facilitate tenant improvements; and develop valuable business relationships. You will also focus on prospecting for new business and referral opportunities and closing new leasing transactions. (This is not a remote or hybrid position.)
