Joyce Vyriotes
Director of Communications and Marketing
Joyce Vyriotes joined Cummings Properties in 2010 as marketing manager, handling public relations for the real estate side of the Cummings organization. She established and, over time, grew the Communications Department, which now serves the internal and external communications needs of both Cummings Properties and Cummings Foundation, and works to create greater awareness of the Cummings brand across the region. As pro bono executive director of Cummings Foundation, Vyriotes also oversees the administration of more than $30 million in annual grants.
After growing up in Melrose, Vyriotes earned a bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College as well as a master's in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. She began her career in sales and marketing at Boston Duck Tours before moving to Arizona, where she spent a decade in the nonprofit sector.
Vyriotes and her husband, Paul, live in Reading, and they are avid triathletes.
