Tony Spencer
Operations Manager
Tony oversees client relations efforts for about one-third of the Company’s commercial portfolio. He guides a team of account managers in building strong relationships with, as well as acting as a resource for, about 450 client firms. His role includes advising and strategizing with colleagues on everything from client retention and large transactions to construction projects.
A former small business owner, Tony brings to his role the unique perspective of having also been a Cummings Properties leasing client. He joined the Company as senior account manager in 2005, shortly after selling Woburn-based Munchies Deli. This St. Lawrence University graduate holds a BA in Economics.
Tony and his wife, Sue, live in Topsfield. A self-described foodie, he enjoys cooking, entertaining, golfing, beachgoing, and skiing.
