Bob Heffernan
Deputy General Field Manager
The second most senior field manager at Cummings, Bob shares in the oversight of its three construction divisions. Working closely with Vice President Greg Ahearn, he oversees all construction team members as well as building activities, estate management, and maintenance across the Company’s 11 million-square-foot portfolio.
After serving as a summer worker throughout college, Bob joined the grounds crews full-time in 1996. He has since worked in each of the Company’s three divisions on the grounds, carpentry, and electrical teams. Bob is a Massachusetts-licensed journeyman electrician and is certified in asbestos operation and maintenance as well as OSHA 30. He also has a BFA in Graphic Design and Illustration.
Bob, who enjoys traveling and watching football, lives in North Reading with his wife, Amanda, and their three children.
