Dave Harriss
Project Architect, Beverly
Dave oversees the Beverly Design Department and leads the design of the majority of client fit-ups at Cummings Center. His expertise is in clean room, laboratory, and other technical space design, and his daily work includes conceptual design and programming, estimating, construction documentation, and permitting.
Before joining Cummings Properties in 1996, Dave gained experience at architectural, structural engineering, and development firms in Massachusetts and Texas. The former Peace Corps volunteer also spent time in the Philippines developing housing prototypes, health clinics, and contributing to various civic projects. Dave, who earned an architecture degree from University of Texas at Austin, is a registered architect in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a LEED Accredited Professional.
An avid reader and beekeeper, he lives on the North Shore with his wife, son, and two pet pigs.
