Tina Freitas
Human Resources Manager

Tina leads Cummings Properties' Human Resources Department, administering HR policies and programs for the more than 600-member staff of Cummings Properties, Cummings Foundation, and the two New Horizons retirement communities. In addition, she oversees the payroll and benefits functions, ensures that the Company remains in compliance with employer regulatory requirements and reporting, and collaborates with senior management on staff development initiatives.

Prior to joining Cummings Properties in 2017, Tina worked for Randstad as a senior HR manager. She earned a BS in Business Management from Bentley College and an MBA from Northeastern University. A member of SHRM since 2007, she holds its SHRM-CP certification, as well as PHR certification from HRCI.

Having grown up in Stoneham, she now lives in North Andover and enjoys traveling in her spare time.
