Career Opportunities:Position: Quality Partners (QP) Software Test Engineer Location: Cummings Center, Beverly, MA Salary Range: $30,000 - $60,000 based on relevant experience Description: This position is with a rapidly growing firm’s Branch office located in Beverly. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience and 1 year in a problem isolation related field, such as technical support, field support engineer, technical product marketing, help desk, or web design. The candidate must possess a strong knowledge of the MS Windows environment, above that of the basic user. Skills will include PC setup, OS internals, memory management, resolving hardware conflicts, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting. Knowledge of LANs and the Internet, including multiple browsers and e-mail clients, is desired. Technology experience in mobile computing, Internet applications or digital imaging is a plus. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, are a must. If the candidate has previous SQA experience, it is desirable that the experience be in a structured, yet flexible testing environment working with comprehensive test plans and delivering test deliverables to a fast paced software development environment.
