Teamstudio Career Opportunities

Account Manager: The purpose of this role is to maximize sales revenue and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Objectives/Activities:
The main responsibilities of a Teamstudio account manager are:

  • achieving minimum activity levels (a monthly average of 60 calls, and 2 hours call duration time, per day
  • executing sales strategies to find new business
  • identifying opportunities to improve working methods, customer service and product range
  • establishing strong relationships with fellow account managers in Europe and Asia to maximize global sales
  • managing a sales forecasting process to ensure visibility and growth of pipeline business
  • working closely with the group sales engineer to ensure all technical matters are resolved between clients and Teamstudio
  • ensuring all POs and invoices adhere to company policy
  • working closely with the finance team to ensure all invoicing and cash collection procedures are adhered to
  • occasionally assisting in the production of sales statistics
