Account
Manager:
The purpose of this role is to maximize sales revenue and achieve maximum
customer satisfaction.
Objectives/Activities:
The main responsibilities of a Teamstudio account manager are:
- achieving
minimum activity levels (a monthly average of 60 calls, and 2 hours
call duration time, per day
- executing
sales strategies to find new business
- identifying
opportunities to improve working methods, customer service and product
range
- establishing
strong relationships with fellow account managers in Europe and Asia
to maximize global sales
- managing
a sales forecasting process to ensure visibility and growth of pipeline
business
- working
closely with the group sales engineer to ensure all technical matters
are resolved between clients and Teamstudio
- ensuring
all POs and invoices adhere to company policy
- working
closely with the finance team to ensure all invoicing and cash collection
procedures are adhered to
- occasionally
assisting in the production of sales statistics
