To Work Out World
at 200 Boston Ave. MEDFORD, MA. - Nine Fitness Group, LLC, doing business as Work Out World, recently leased 25,000 s/f for a health club at 200 Boston Ave. The new club is
said to feature an indoor pool, a full-scale aerobics studio, and cardiovascular
and weight training areas. Nine Fitness Group operates eight other full
service health clubs throughout Massachusetts, recently opening a 40,000
s/f facility in Worcester. Owned by Cummings
Properties, the Boston Ave. complex was once a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress
factory. After a complete renovation, it is home to several major biotech
firms, including Arqule, Pfizer, Akceli and Scion Pharmaceuticals. International
firms like Rowenta as well as a mix of other business and professional
services firms are also located there. John Wiseman, leasing
vice president, and Rob Yacobian, leasing director, represented Cummings
Properties. Steve Borghi and Anthony Beninati, managers of Work Out
World, selected the property and negotiated the lease. |
