Woburn, MA - The Klub
House playground is the perfect place to bring kids, infants through 10-year-olds,
for an affordable day of indoor adventure. The Klub House has opened up
a 6,000 square foot facility at 90 Cummings Park where kids' imaginations
can run wild as they zoom around an indoor rubber track in cars, experiment
with their creativity in two art rooms and follow their imaginations in
the rest of the activity-based space.
Children in animal
riding cars chase plasma cars around the 100 foot loop of riding track.
A two-story pirate ship with a super slide, a rock climbing wall and the
necessary Captain's wheel is crawling with kids. A two-story castle with
slides and another rock wall is popular with the crowd. A separate toddler
room for infants through two-years-old helps keep the peace.
Owner/founder Tanja
Gatto was excited with her new colorful space. "This spot is so convenient,
right across from BJs. We have exciting activities for kids and super,
comfy couches for parents to relax on. We even have free Wi-Fi for parents
while they're watching their kids."
Gatto said her goal
was to keep the self-contained and open play space economically friendly.
Day passes cost $9 and monthly memberships are $22/child, $25.99 for two
children, and rises incrementally from there.
Two huge inflatable
bouncies and a glam room that can host 17 girls each at her own station
with decorated mirrors and hot pink chairs that go up and down are sure
to draw numerous families from the area. The Klub House also hosts birthday
parties with the ability to rent out the entire facility.
Rob Yacobian, leasing
director at Cummings Properties represented it in the lease transactions
while The Klub House was represented by Brad Spencer of Grubb & Ellis.
Yacobian said he welcomed such a fun and exciting addition to the area.
"There are numerous restaurants nearby as well as shopping opportunities
that continue to attract young families. It's the perfect place to let
kids run around in a safe, fun-filled space."
90 Cummings Park is
leased and managed by Woburn-based commercial real estate company, Cummings
Properties. The firm is well-known for its innovative, hands-on approach
to building and manages nearly 10 million square feet of prime commercial
real estate in 10 communities around Boston.
