in West Cummings Park WOBURN, MA. - Predictive Power, Inc. recently leased 3,200 s/f with Cummings Properties in West Cummings Park. One of the region's largest business parks, is in the midst of a multi-year renovation. Upgraded interiors and new facades are underway. According to company officials, Predictive Power received its funding on a recent Thursday, signed a lease on Friday and moved in on Monday. Based on technology developed at MIT, Predictive Power was previously located in Somerville. Predictive Power leased space with Cummings through their business incubator program which the firm developed to address the needs of new entrepreneurial businesses. John Wiseman, leasing vice president, and Rob Yacobian, leasing director, worked with Geoffrey Gill, VP of operations of Predictive Power to locate the space and negotiate the lease. "We spent a lot of time exploring our space options and no other option came close to providing the value and flexibility of Cummings. The Business Incubator Program is perfect for emerging companies like Predictive Power", said Gill. |
