Expansions
& Renovations
Metaxas, Norman &
Pidgeon is celebrating its 25th anniversary while expanding its offices
at Cummings Center in Beverly for the second time in less than three years,
to 8,000 square feet. According to company sources, Metaxas, Norman, &
Pidgeon initially was attracted by the obvious potential of Cummings Center,
and relocated the firm five years ago from Salem. At the same time, the
partners began to sharpen the focus of the firm's practice on business
law, business litigation, real estate and estate planning.
Since the move, the
firm has tripled its size. Mike Farrell, Cummings Center leasing and property
manager, worked with the law partners to select and design the expansion
space. Cummings Properties' construction team completed the build-out.
The award winning
Cummings Center ranks as one of the largest business parks in Massachusetts,
with more than 2 million square feet of first-class commercial space.
It is home to almost 400 businesses in diverse industries including biotechnology
and life sciences, light manufacturing, research and development, software
and health care. The complex also offers numerous onsite amenities including
four four restaurants, two banks, several medical and dental practices,
law firms, a child care center, a fitness club, three college satellite
campuses and a post office.
