recruiter Eliassen rounds up $14.4M financing

IT staffing firm Eliassen Group LLC has completed a $14.4 million funding round, according to a regulatory document.
The Wakefield-based company, which focuses its national staffing services in the field of information technology and software, does not list its investors. Its list of related persons in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing include CEO David MacKeen, CFO Anthony Valente, executive chairman and former CEO Ken Dreyer, and founder and chairwoman Mona Taliaferro, in addition to Riverside Partners’ principal Ian Blasco and general partner David Belluck.
Founded in 1989, Eliassen Group also maintains offices in New York City; Harrison, N.Y.; Charlotte, N.C.; and Philadelphia.
