Inc. has raised $915,649, or nearly half of a planned $2 million debt
offering while attracting 20 investors.

Pluromed,
founded in 2003, is a medical technology company that develops disposable
medical devices that improve the safety, efficacy and economics of medical
interventions. Its products help control bleeding during medical procedures
and are used in a variety of surgeries. Pluromed's technology also is
used in the treatment of kidney stones and gastrointestinal polyps.
