Cummings Properties hosts Touch A Truck in Woburn
Woburn Patch

This weekend, I had a great time in Woburn.

There was lots to choose from, and one of the events I attended was the Touch-A-Truck event put on by Cummings Properties. If you have never heard of the Touch-A-Truck event, you should check it out next year. Over 50 types of trucks and equipment were in the West Cummings parking lot. We saw everything from Bobcats to Woburn Fire Engines! Every truck had an attendant, helping kids up into the seats, showing them where the horns were and making the event memorable for everyone! Beacon Grille was there handing out kid-sized hard hats and balloons. We saw Bob the Builder and got a picture taken with two friendly clowns. The Massachusetts State Police were there, as well as Middlesex County Sheriffs and and even military vehicles. The day ended with a bang when a yellow helicopter put on a presentation in the middle of the lot and took flight in front of hundreds of spectators!

This was a very family friendly event with food, drinks and entertainment. I will make sure to keep an eye out for this in the years to come!
