Cummings Properties Announces Promotions

Cummings Properties is delighted to announce that Greg Ahearn, Eric Anderson, and Craig Ziady have been appointed to the Executive Committee. Each of these colleagues is responsible for managing a major Company department and has agreed to serve on the Committee in the interest of further contributing to the organization.

Additionally, Eric has been promoted from Leasing Manager to Vice-President-Leasing. Eric has assumed increasingly more responsibility and developed diverse business experience since joining Cummings Properties in 1999. Immediately prior to transferring into the Leasing Department this past May, Eric was operations manager of our Suburban Division and before that he spent several years in the roles of communications manager and special projects manager. During his tenure with Cummings, he also served a year with the U.S. Marine Corps in Iraq.

Greg Ahearn succeeded Bob Venezia as General Field manager last month, and he is now responsible for all field operations. Similarly, Craig Ziady recently succeeded Susan Brand as General Council. Craig manages all the Company's legal affairs, including the Legal Department's vital role in finalizing the leasing agreements that Cummings Properties executes.

Each of these highly experienced and talented colleagues has a unique professional background that differentiates him from other Executive Committee members. Their fresh perspectives and ideas will be welcome in Committee discussions, just as new ideas, suggestions, etc. from each and every staff member are welcomed, and, indeed, strongly encouraged at any time, as we all continually strive to improve and grow our superb organization.
